01. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Flipzo Staff Manager application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
02. Scope of Service
Flipzo Staff Manager provides an offline platform for managing staff attendance, payroll, and digital labour cards. The service is provided "as is" and is designed primarily for local business management within India.
03. Offline Nature & Data Responsibility
Flipzo Staff Manager is a 100% Offline App. We do not maintain cloud servers for your business data. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure their device is secure and to manually record and maintain their data within the app.
04. Zero-Permission Clause
The app is designed to operate without requesting sensitive permissions like Storage, Contacts, or Camera. By using the app, you acknowledge that certain features (like report downloads) are intentionally limited to maintain this zero-permission security standard.
05. User Account & Security
Since data is stored locally, the security of your staff records depends on your device lock (PIN/Password/Biometrics). Flipzo Tech is not responsible for data loss due to device theft, damage, or unauthorized access to your phone.
06. Prohibition of Illegal Use
Users agree not to use the application for any fraudulent activities, illegal payroll practices, or to violate any local labour laws. The app is a calculation tool and does not provide legal or financial advice.
07. Fees & Subscriptions
Flipzo Staff Manager is currently a Free to Use application. We do not charge monthly subscriptions. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, which will be clearly communicated to users.
08. Intellectual Property
All logos, app designs, UI/UX elements, and brand names are the intellectual property of Flipzo Tech. Unauthorized copying or redistribution of the app's software is strictly prohibited.
09. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Flipzo Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or financial loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
10. App Updates & Modifications
We may periodically release updates to improve performance or comply with Google Play policies. Users are encouraged to keep the app updated to the latest version for the best experience.
11. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application for users who violate these terms. Users may terminate their use at any time by uninstalling the application.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically under the courts of Jalore/Sanchore, Rajasthan.
